What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical counterpart to CTOs and engineering leadership at major tier-1 financial institutions.
• Identify and drive the ecosystem-wide adoption of institutional standards for tokenization, trading, and compliance.
• Cultivate strategic technical relationships with custodians, prime brokers, and asset managers to influence decision-making.
• Design reference architectures and develop ROI models tailored to institutional procurement requirements.
• Partner with business development to navigate 6-18 month enterprise sales cycles.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in institutional or enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in institutional infrastructure, including custody solutions, compliance, or settlement systems.
• Proven track record of defining and executing complex technical roadmaps.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and navigating multi-stakeholder approval processes.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, compliance requirements, and audit processes in regulated financial services.
• Experience with production-level systems using Rust, Go, or Java.

Nice to have

• Experience at a tier-1 custodian, exchange, or crypto infrastructure provider.
• Existing relationships with decision-makers at major financial institutions.
• Background in traditional finance infrastructure or capital markets products.
• Knowledge of global digital asset regulatory requirements such as MiCA, SEC rules, or Basel III.
• Experience with high-performance blockchains at scale.
