What you will do

• Define and execute business development strategy for institutions within the Chinese market.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders at banks, traditional finance institutions, and regulatory bodies.
• Support local Superteams and ecosystem partners to scale impactful projects on the Solana network.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on global institutional initiatives like stablecoins and tokenization.
• Represent the foundation at key industry events, conferences, and regulatory forums.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy in fintech, enterprise, or blockchain.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders at financial institutions and regulators.
• Established executive-level network across China in finance, government, and technology.
• Fluency in English and business proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, digital assets, and regulatory dynamics in China.
