What you will do

• Manage inbound calls from existing customers seeking to modify their service packages.
• Identify customer needs through active listening to provide tailored package recommendations.
• Build strong rapport to address concerns and ensure customers feel valued.
• Work effectively in a target-driven environment to meet sales and service KPIs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Osterley, London.
• Strong results-orientation and enthusiasm for sales.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Creative problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new products.
• Availability to attend a 7-week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm on-site training program with no holiday leave during this period.
