TL;DR
Desktop Support Analyst (IT): Providing daily technical assistance to end-users at the company headquarters with an accent on hardware maintenance, ticket management, and system troubleshooting. Location: Must be based on-site at our HQ office in San Mateo, CA.
Salary: $25–$30/hour.

What you will do
- Provide on-site support for a mixed environment of Mac and Windows systems.
- Manage and resolve Tier-1 IT tickets within the queue.
- Build and image new hardware including laptops and peripherals.
- Maintain IT inventory and manage hardware shipping and receiving.
- Assist in the setup and technical support of company meetings.
- Contribute to the documentation of support processes and troubleshooting guides.
Requirements
- Must be able to work on-site at our San Mateo, CA office.
- Strong interest in an IT career path.
- Foundational knowledge of Mac OS X and Windows 11.
- Experience with Google Workspace, JAMF, and MS Intune.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking and PoE devices.
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
