Location: Must be based on-site at our HQ office in San Mateo, CA.

Salary: $25–$30/hour.

What you will do

• Provide on-site support for a mixed environment of Mac and Windows systems.
• Manage and resolve Tier-1 IT tickets within the queue.
• Build and image new hardware including laptops and peripherals.
• Maintain IT inventory and manage hardware shipping and receiving.
• Assist in the setup and technical support of company meetings.
• Contribute to the documentation of support processes and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site at our San Mateo, CA office.
• Strong interest in an IT career path.
• Foundational knowledge of Mac OS X and Windows 11.
• Experience with Google Workspace, JAMF, and MS Intune.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking and PoE devices.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
