Salary: £90,000 + £5,441 London Weighting + 15% Bonus

What you will do

  • Define and execute the LatAm licensing strategy, including revenue targets, forecasting, and growth planning.
  • Lead and mentor the regional team, including Marketing and Licensing managers.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities across diverse market categories and retail channels.
  • Directly manage agreements and collaborate with licensing agents to drive performance.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with broadcasters, retailers, and strategic partners.
  • Ensure regional alignment with global brand priorities through cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese with excellent communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in an entertainment role, particularly within marketing or licensing.
  • Proven knowledge of the Latin American retail landscape.
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in London.
  • Passionate about hirify.global brands and the children’s media space.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with hirify.global programming and British television.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proactive team-player mindset with a focus on growth.
