TL;DR

Salary: £110,000–£160,000

What you will do

  • Partner with leadership to drive progress on strategic priorities and OKRs.
  • Prepare high-quality analysis and recommendations to optimize executive decision-making.
  • Facilitate leadership forums and off-sites, ensuring clear agendas and cross-departmental alignment.
  • Manage high-priority, complex projects that lack a natural departmental owner.
  • Draft internal and board-level communication materials.
  • Proactively identify operational gaps and coordinate solutions to support company scale.

Requirements

  • Background: Proven experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
  • Accountability: Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Communication: Strong executive-level communication and structuring skills.
  • Experience: Track record of working closely with senior leadership on sensitive matters.
  • Mindset: Founder-level ownership and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Location: Must be based in the UK.
