What you will do

• Develop and execute the comprehensive UK market entry and business growth strategy.
• Manage the process of obtaining FCA licences and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain commercial relationships with insurance carriers and industry distribution partners.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine platform features and customer user journeys.
• Establish operational cadences, reporting structures, and internal performance management systems.
• Represent the company to external stakeholders, regulators, and strategic partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, or digital high-growth platforms.
• Proven track record in managing commercial performance, revenue growth, and complex partnerships.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset capable of operating in high-intensity and fast-paced environments.
• Previous experience with FCA-approved entities or deep knowledge of the UK insurance landscape is highly preferred.
