What you will do

• Lead and develop sales teams to achieve regional business and service objectives.
• Implement comprehensive sales plans, campaigns, and operational activities.
• Define customer needs for chemical solutions and digital services with a sustainability focus.
• Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation to identify and resolve performance gaps.
• Negotiate high-level contracts and actively maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Contribute to the development of regional distribution and pricing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Technology, Chemistry, Economics, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in leading diverse and multinational teams.
• Business fluency in English is required.
• Willingness for frequent business travel across the EMEA West region.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of the Pulp & Paper industry is considered a significant asset.
