What you will do

  • Define and execute operational strategies aligned with business growth objectives in the UK.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including customer support, administrative workflows, and internal systems.
  • Hire, lead, and develop high-performing operations and admin teams.
  • Drive process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and implementing automation to increase speed and reduce costs.
  • Oversee company administration, including vendor management, documentation, and policy compliance.
  • Lead customer experience initiatives and provide hands-on support during high-stakes escalations.

Requirements

  • Strong background in operations or internal business management within tech or fintech environments.
  • Proven experience leading operations and admin teams in fast-scaling settings.
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to solve complex problems directly.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills.
  • Ability to drive results in ambiguous, fast-moving situations.
  • Capability to work cross-functionally and influence without formal authority.
