Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY; in-office attendance required 3 days per week.

Salary: $110,000–$165,000 (based on compensation zone).

• Define and drive strategy for crypto trading platforms to serve sophisticated traders.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and operations to ship high-impact features.
• Develop and scale CeDeFi experiences, including staking and DeFi-powered functionality.
• Improve trading UX, exchange integrations, and smart order routing.
• Utilize data, research, and experimentation to guide product roadmap and decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consumer-facing product management.
• At least 1 year of experience shipping crypto products.
• Strong ability to balance strategic planning with creative, rapid decision-making.
• Expertise in using product analytics and experimentation to inform product direction.
• High standards for speed, rigor, and execution quality in dynamic markets.
