TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Menlo Park, CA, New York City, NY, or Washington D.C., with at least 3 days per week in-office attendance required.

Salary: $139,000 – $210,000 USD (Base pay range depending on location zone).

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners in dining, travel, and health sectors to enhance cardholder value.
  • Structure and negotiate complex partnership agreements, including commercial terms.
  • Launch new partnerships by coordinating with product, engineering, marketing, finance, and legal teams.
  • Manage ongoing relationships to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Use data analytics to inform decision-making and improve the customer value proposition.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of building and managing external partnerships and negotiating agreements.
  • Experience managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders and defined business outcomes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across product, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry experience in credit cards, restaurants, or hospitality.
