What you will do

• Partner with product and business teams to define metrics and deliver automated reporting solutions.
• Design and maintain reliable, scalable data models and ETL pipelines using Airflow and Spark.
• Lead end-to-end development of analytics products from ingestion to visualization.
• Build internal frameworks to make high-quality data accessible across the organization.
• Support competitive benchmarking and strategic performance tracking initiatives.
• Advocate for best practices in measuring and acting on customer feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Science
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Apache Spark (PySpark)
• Experience building and optimizing ETL pipelines with tools like Airflow
• Proficiency in dashboarding with tools such as Superset, Looker, or Tableau
• Strong familiarity with version control (GitHub), CI/CD, and modern development workflows
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Menlo Park, CA office at least 3 days per week
