What you will do

• Organize and conduct product demonstrations for liquid handling instrumentation.

• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure high-level subject matter expertise.
• Maintain customer records in Salesforce and foster long-term positive client relationships.

Requirements

• Must be based in the South USA with the ability to travel extensively (up to 75%).
• MSc with 5+ years or PhD with 2+ years of experience in Biological Science or laboratory automation.
• Strong background in liquid handling, genomics, drug discovery, or structural biology.
• Practical knowledge of NGS methods and workflow optimization.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones with colleagues and customers.
