TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US (Menlo Park, CA office with 3 days/week in-person attendance required)

Salary: $146,000–$220,000 USD (based on location zones)

What you will do

  • Lead and execute acquisition integration strategies from initial diligence through post-close phases.
  • Drive value creation initiatives and measure integration success against defined outcomes.
  • Communicate complex integration plans, risk analyses, and strategic trade-offs to senior leadership.
  • Align cross-functional teams, acquired partners, and subject matter experts to execute on integration priorities.
  • Improve and standardize integration tools, playbooks, and processes to increase efficiency in future M&A activities.
  • Provide expert guidance to resolve complex operational problems involving multiple business areas.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in M&A integration management or a closely related field.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex initiatives in a software or technology company environment.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and build collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills to translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, specifically in presenting to senior executive stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work in-person at the Menlo Park, CA office 3 days per week.
