About the Role

You will define and execute the US market strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets, manage the P&L for the US operation to drive revenue and profitability, and lead the end-to-end launch of the KAST Business offering. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal to prepare a market-ready launch, establish early adoption and iterate from market feedback, build and scale a multi-functional US team including hiring key leaders, mentor and develop team members, and represent the company with partners, stakeholders, and regulators.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership and general management experience
• Experience in Fintech, Payments, or Stablecoin sectors
• Proven experience at high-growth startups
• Track record of launching and scaling business lines in the US market
• Proven ability to recruit, lead, and inspire geographically distributed teams
• Strong financial and analytical skills with experience managing P&L and making data-driven decisions
