What you will do

• Develop and execute the LLM platform strategy to enhance Copilot capabilities.
• Prototype and steer language models to improve response quality, grounding, and reliability.
• Define and deploy measurable evaluation frameworks using relevant datasets.
• Manage production experiments that drive improvements in tool use and user engagement.
• Partner with inference, agents, and orchestration teams to resolve platform dependencies.
• Proactively identify project risks and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience leading ambiguous product areas and multi-disciplinary teams.
• 2+ years of experience building ML-powered or LLM-powered products.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, vector databases, and tool-use integration.
• Practical knowledge of prompt design, context window management, and model evaluation techniques.
