Salary: $86,000–$130,000 USD (Base pay range depending on location zone)

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for the Crypto product organization.
• Analyze and forecast financial impact of marketing incentives and promotions to ensure business targets and ROI are met.
• Partner with accounting and operations teams to streamline cost center management and ensure P&L accuracy.
• Synthesize financial insights and KPIs for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to inform product growth strategies and evaluate business cases.

Requirements

• B.A. in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in finance & strategy, with at least 2 years supporting business partners.
• High proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work from Menlo Park, CA, Chicago, IL, or New York, NY with 3+ days in-office attendance.
