Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Menlo Park, CA, Chicago, IL, or New York, NY offices (In-person attendance required at least 3 days per week)
Salary: $86,000–$130,000 USD (Base pay range depending on location zone)

What you will do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for the Crypto product organization.
- Analyze and forecast financial impact of marketing incentives and promotions to ensure business targets and ROI are met.
- Partner with accounting and operations teams to streamline cost center management and ensure P&L accuracy.
- Synthesize financial insights and KPIs for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain complex financial models to inform product growth strategies and evaluate business cases.
Requirements
- B.A. in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in finance & strategy, with at least 2 years supporting business partners.
- High proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and forecasting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Must be based in or able to work from Menlo Park, CA, Chicago, IL, or New York, NY with 3+ days in-office attendance.
