What you will do

• Phirify.globalcess and review medication orders for members.
• Coordinate with doctors and care teams when clinical intervention is required.
• Respond to members’ clinical questions and phirify.globalvide pharmacy expertise.
• Evaluate drug regimens to support optimal patient care.
• Collaborate with doctors, engineers, phirify.globalduct managers, and other multidisciplinary partners.
• Imphirify.globalve pharmacy phirify.globalcedures and workflows while maintaining a seamless patient experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy fhirify.globalm an accredited college of pharmacy.
• hirify.globalng>Valid Florida Pharmacy License required.hirify.globalng>
• Ability to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced, high-volume location.
