What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end audit procedures, including planning, execution, and reporting for brokerage and crypto products.
• Partner with leadership to perform risk assessments and define the strategic direction of internal audit programs.
• Lead discussions and influence senior management, boards, and regulatory committees on audit findings and control improvements.
• Oversee audit team members and third-party partners to ensure audit objectives and company OKRs are met.
• Drive continuous enhancement of audit frameworks, metrics, and procedures to align with global regulatory requirements.
• Support preparation of reports for regulators, external auditors, and the Audit Committee.

Requirements

• 10+ years of auditing experience in operations, IT, risk management, compliance, or security.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, computer science, or related quantitative fields.
• Expertise in brokerage and crypto financial products, including licensing and regulatory compliance (MiCA, CASP, VASP, MiFID II, etc.).
• Strong experience in executive reporting and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering and product teams to implement automated control solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
