What you will do
- Monitor daily cash balances across bank accounts to ensure liquidity.
- Execute daily fund transfers, payments, and spot foreign exchange transactions.
- Manage banking relationships, including account opening/closing and KYC/AML compliance.
- Prepare treasury reports and analyze financial data to identify trends and risks.
- Support cash flow budgeting and assist with interest rate risk management.
- Identify opportunities to reduce bank fees and optimize financial processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, or Sweden.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate treasury or finance role.
- Strong understanding of treasury principles and financial markets.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global remote environment.
Nice to have
- Professional certification (e.g., CTP, ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
