Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London (Minimum 2 days per week in office)

Salary: £80,000–£90,000

What you will do

• Design and implement an automated execution environment to optimize netting and hedging costs.
• Develop relationships with liquidity providers to ensure efficient pricing and liquidity.
• Architect data-driven FX hedging strategies in partnership with Data and Engineering squads.
• Manage FX execution frameworks, policies, and internal risk controls.
• Lead Treasury readiness for new market expansions and global currency footprint growth.
• Partner with Product squads on new FX product launches and financial feature development.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in high-flow FX environments such as banks, asset managers, or payment companies.
• Proven expertise in managing spot, forwards, swaps, and NDF exposures.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Python or SQL.
• Strong strategic communication skills to bridge technical Treasury concepts with Product and Engineering.
• Ability to work from the London office at least 2 days per week.
• Relevant professional qualification, with CFA preferred.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with blockchain and distributed ledger technology (DLT) in FX settlement.
