What you will do

• Support the SOX programme by designing and documenting Finance-related business process controls.
• Coordinate testing activities and track remediation efforts to ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tech, and IT teams to maintain a strong internal control environment.
• Document core financial processes including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay.
• Identify opportunities to improve, streamline, or automate existing control frameworks.
• Manage evidence requests and interact with external auditors.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in audit, internal controls, or financial compliance.
• Qualified ACA or equivalent professional certification.
• Strong understanding of SOX and internal control frameworks.
• Experience documenting processes via narratives, flowcharts, and control descriptions.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and strict audit deadlines.
• Clear communication skills for collaboration across finance and technical departments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workiva or similar audit management tools.
• Exposure to system-dependent and automated controls.
• Understanding of data and report-based controls.
• Experience coordinating with outsourced testing providers or external auditors.
