What you will do

  • Handle first-level technical support for global customers.
  • Investigate, resolve, and triage incoming tickets during EST business hours.
  • Participate in a weekday on-call rotation (5pm-1am EST) for urgent enterprise issues.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop internal tooling and contribute code to optimize support processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Latin America
  • High level of English proficiency required
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Ability to read/write code in Python, TypeScript, or Ruby for debugging purposes
  • Experience using Postman or curl to reproduce API issues
  • Background in Technical Support or Software Engineering
