What you will do
- Provide expert support for core banking functions including account structures, transaction posting, and interest/fee calculations.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving configuration errors, data integrity, and integration failures.
- Support double-entry accounting processes and assist clients in reconciling balances and reports.
- Manage incident triage and communication for live banking environments, ensuring financial risk is mitigated.
- Act as a technical bridge between client engineering teams and internal product development.
- Contribute to support playbooks, documentation, and platform improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting core banking systems, payment platforms, or financial infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of transaction posting logic, ledger structures, and operational accounting.
- Ability to interpret API requests, responses, and technical logs for integration support.
- English: C1+ required for clear communication with clients.
- Must be available to work CET hours.
- Experience with incident-driven, high-reliability production environments.
Nice to have
- Experience using Zendesk or similar support management software.
- Background in managing SLAs and KPIs within a support framework.
