What you will do

  • Provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for B2B clients on the hirify.global platform.
  • Perform technical analysis of reported problems and define resolution plans.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to escalate cases and provide technical action plans.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal resources to answer technical questions.
  • Communicate with clients via chat, email, and outbound calls.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (B2+ oral and written)
  • Basic understanding of networking, web, API requests, and SQL.
  • Ability to handle demanding customers with calmness and thoughtfulness.
  • Willingness to provide high-quality support services.

Nice to have

  • Experience debugging network requests via browser console.
  • Familiarity with Postman or API troubleshooting.
  • Experience in technical support for web or mobile applications.
