What you will do
- Provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for B2B clients on the platform.
- Perform technical analysis of reported problems and define resolution plans.
- Collaborate with other engineers to escalate cases and provide technical action plans.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal resources to answer technical questions.
- Communicate with clients via chat, email, and outbound calls.
Requirements
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (B2+ oral and written)
- Basic understanding of networking, web, API requests, and SQL.
- Ability to handle demanding customers with calmness and thoughtfulness.
- Willingness to provide high-quality support services.
Nice to have
- Experience debugging network requests via browser console.
- Familiarity with Postman or API troubleshooting.
- Experience in technical support for web or mobile applications.
