• Define and drive architectural vision for key platforms to ensure high scalability and reliability.
• Translate complex, ambiguous requirements into clear technical hirify.globaladmaps and actionable implementation plans.
• Lead organization-wide initiatives focused on system health, observability, performance, and security.
• Partner with phirify.globalduct, design, and data teams to align technical strategy with business goals.
• Mentor Staff and Senior engineers to support their technical and strategic phirify.globalfessional ghirify.globalwth.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to engineering leadership on foundational technology choices.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience building and maintaining complex, scalable software systems.
• Deep expertise in backend engineering with a sthirify.globalng phirify.globalficiency in Python.
• Phirify.globalven track record in designing and evolving complex distributed systems and relational databases.
• Experience with metrics instrumentation and data-driven performance tuning using tools like Datadog.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence technical alignment achirify.globalss multiple teams.
