Salary: $115,000 – $190,575

What you will do
- Write and publish daily content across brand and executive social media accounts
- Design high-impact slides, pitch decks, and visual assets for investors and events
- Maintain brand consistency while adapting voice for diverse leadership stakeholders
- Produce simple video edits and motion graphics for social channels
- Draft press materials including fact sheets, releases, and backgrounders
- Coordinate content calendars and support milestone announcements
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or brand communications
- Must be based in or able to commute to El Segundo, CA
- Must be able to comply with U.S. export controls; no visa sponsorship available
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media, graphics, and presentation design
- Exceptional writing skills with an ability to simplify complex technical topics
Nice to have
- Experience in energy, aerospace, defense, or hard tech sectors
- Advanced video editing skills (Premiere or CapCut)
- Motion graphics capabilities (After Effects)
- Photography skills for team and facility content
- Expertise in social media analytics and reporting
