Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week required)

What you will do

• Drive the strategy and roadmap for the integrations ecosystem and agentic workflows.
• Partner with engineering to enhance agent execution reliability, uptime, and error handling for production workloads.
• Build an analytics layer to provide customers with visibility into agent performance, usage, and ROI.
• Design and improve the no-code builder UX for creating and managing multi-agent systems.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and prioritize high-impact features.
• Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders by clearly articulating platform strategy and trade-offs.

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years as a product manager, including 2+ years at a senior scope.
• Proven track record managing infrastructure, platform, or developer-facing products at scale.
• Technical fluency in APIs, system architecture, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of integration patterns like OAuth, webhooks, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-growth startup environment with shifting priorities.
• Must be able to work on-site in Sydney, Australia at least 3 days per week.

• Strong passion for agentic systems and making LLMs reliable for production.
