Requirements

• Six or more years of experience defining, managing, and launching customer-facing experiences at a growing software or technology company.
• Experience working directly with customers at organizations of all sizes.
• Deep curiosity to learn complex tools and workflows (including advanced AI capabilities).
• Experience mentoring teammates and supporting their growth.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Confidence to pursue dynamic opportunities.
