Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia. Hybrid remote with 3 days per week in-office required.

What you will do
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to reach revenue and retention targets.
- Define and implement sales strategies to maximize cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline forecasting and data accuracy within Salesforce.
- Identify churn risks and develop proactive retention strategies to secure the existing customer base.
- Serve as an executive-level escalation point and advisor for key accounts.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on revenue-driving initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of leadership experience managing account executives or customer-facing sales teams in B2B SaaS.
- Proven record of leading high-performance teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong analytical mindset for using sales data and trends to optimize performance.
- Expertise in consultative selling, negotiation, and managing complex deal cycles.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
- Must have existing work authorization for Australia as this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
