TL;DR

Manager, Customer Success (SaaS): Leading a high-performing team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth and customer retention with an accent on coaching, strategic account management, and operational excellence. Focus on driving cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, optimizing sales pipelines in Salesforce, and fostering a customer-first performance culture.

Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia. Hybrid remote with 3 days per week in-office required.

What you will do

  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to reach revenue and retention targets.
  • Define and implement sales strategies to maximize cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline forecasting and data accuracy within Salesforce.
  • Identify churn risks and develop proactive retention strategies to secure the existing customer base.
  • Serve as an executive-level escalation point and advisor for key accounts.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on revenue-driving initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of leadership experience managing account executives or customer-facing sales teams in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven record of leading high-performance teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical mindset for using sales data and trends to optimize performance.
  • Expertise in consultative selling, negotiation, and managing complex deal cycles.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
  • Must have existing work authorization for Australia as this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
