Salary: $85,500 – $122,325

What you will do

• Pursue and capture new opportunities for federal sales of mobile microreactors.
• Research DoD and executive branch structures to identify decision-makers and influencers.
• Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans.
• Coordinate high-level briefings and manage relationships with military and government stakeholders.
• Draft high-quality proposals and briefing documents for government customers.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working within or with U.S. federal organizations.
• Strong understanding of U.S. DoD and executive branch structures and protocols.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of government work.
• Must work onsite at our Washington, D.C. office.
• Excellent communication, writing, and research skills.
• Experience working with engineering teams and technical content.

Nice to have

• Government business development experience.
• Experience with military flag or general officer staff.
• Background in energy sector, clean tech, or defense contracting.
• Familiarity with nuclear energy or DoD procurement processes.
• Eligibility for security clearance.
