Business Development Manager (Airborne Communications Systems)

Salary: $153K-$205K

• Understand customer needs and identify how hirify.global products can provide technical solutions.
• Cultivate new customer relationships and develop lasting partnerships.
• Expand and grow existing customer relationships.
• Grow market share and exceed quota.
• Build and manage a strong sales funnel.
• Work closely with other account managers, program management, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• BSEE (or equivalent technical education/operational experience), MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of complex technical sales experience.
• Expertise in military/civil communication systems, including HF/VHF/UHF airborne radios and datalinks.
• Experience working with Department of War prime system contractors/integrators.
• Experience developing new business opportunities with the Department of War and other Federal agencies.
• In-depth knowledge of Federal Government requirements and acquisition processes.
• US citizenship or permanent work authorization and be eligible to obtain a US Security Clearance.
