Location: Must be based in the North region (UK, Ireland, and Nordics), with a hybrid working model based in Langley.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end inside sales activities including inbound qualification and outbound prospecting.
  • Develop and maintain a personal pipeline while supporting field sales deal progression.
  • Engage partners and customers via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy to provide sales leadership with real-time visibility.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements using automation and AI.
  • Serve as a primary commercial contact point for the regional sales operation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a B2B inside sales role.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales tools.
  • Strong pipeline management and lead conversion skills.
  • Fluent English is required (Nordic languages are considered a plus).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple markets and seniority levels.
  • High level of commercial judgment supported by data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in a Nordic language.
  • Experience with sales automation and AI-driven workflow improvements.
