What you will do

  • Own monthly and quarterly forecasting across business units and build executive KPI dashboards.
  • Manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM adoption, data quality, and governance.
  • Coordinate annual planning, quota setting, and incentive structure validation with finance.
  • Analyze pipeline performance, revenue trends, and channel effectiveness to support GTM strategies.
  • Identify and implement AI and workflow automation to improve commercial productivity.
  • Prepare executive briefings and manage QBR/MBR reporting cadences.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in London for office presence as needed.
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales, Commercial, or Revenue Operations in B2B tech.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and Excel.
  • Proven ability to work with senior or C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with executive-level storytelling capability.

Nice to have

  • Experience in multi-market or regional commercial strategy.
  • Familiarity with emerging AI tools for business process automation.
