What you will do
- Own monthly and quarterly forecasting across business units and build executive KPI dashboards.
- Manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM adoption, data quality, and governance.
- Coordinate annual planning, quota setting, and incentive structure validation with finance.
- Analyze pipeline performance, revenue trends, and channel effectiveness to support GTM strategies.
- Identify and implement AI and workflow automation to improve commercial productivity.
- Prepare executive briefings and manage QBR/MBR reporting cadences.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in London for office presence as needed.
- 7+ years of experience in Sales, Commercial, or Revenue Operations in B2B tech.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and Excel.
- Proven ability to work with senior or C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with executive-level storytelling capability.
Nice to have
- Experience in multi-market or regional commercial strategy.
- Familiarity with emerging AI tools for business process automation.
