What you will do

  • Define and execute European alliance strategies for the hirify.global for Business portfolio.
  • Build and negotiate joint business plans with strategic partners, including revenue quotas and co-marketing investments.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of alliances to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue attribution.
  • Collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams to embed partners into account plans and demand-generation programs.
  • Analyze alliance performance KPIs and conduct quarterly business reviews to optimize revenue and forecasting accuracy.
  • Support product integration and localization through feedback loops with engineering and product management teams.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in alliances, strategic partnerships, or channel sales within B2B technology.
  • Proven track record building revenue-generating alliances in collaboration, end-user computing, or SaaS ecosystems.
  • Strong expertise in B2B go-to-market models, contract negotiation, and partner economics.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, pipeline forecasting, and BI tools like Tableau and Salesforce.
  • English proficiency required: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within Europe (25–40%) for partner and customer engagements.
