Salary: $165,000–$185,000 plus variable compensation

What you will do

  • Source, accelerate, and manage a pipeline of health plan opportunities to drive commercial growth.
  • Communicate complex value propositions effectively to stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to operational leaders.
  • Structure, negotiate, and close contracts with health plans.
  • Develop presentation materials and proposal strategies for growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing teams on pitches, conferences, and presentations.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally and drive strategic cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, growth, or business development.
  • At least 2 years of direct experience selling into health plans.
  • Proven experience in problem-solving and project management across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

  • Experience accelerating commercial growth through channel partners.
  • Background in virtual care settings or value-based care models.
