What you will do

• Oversee medical care and improve clinical outcomes for empaneled patients.
• Review complex patient cases and develop personalized evidence-based care plans.
• Lead the development and review of clinical protocols and algorithms for menopause care.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts and clinical retros.
• Support the interdisciplinary clinical team in providing high-quality care.

Requirements

• Active APP license in Massachusetts required.
• Must reside in Pennsylvania or a nursing compact state.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical menopause experience, including prescribing hormone therapy.
• Committed to obtaining Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) certification.
• Proven ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams and fast-paced, metric-driven environments.
• Proficiency in utilizing multiple technology platforms and adapting to new clinical systems.

Nice to have

• Current Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) certification.
• Prior experience in telehealth or remote patient monitoring.
