What you will do

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
• Perform biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver interventions such as CBT, ACT, and grief counseling tailored to neurological illness.
• Facilitate caregiver support groups and psychoeducation on stress reduction and resilience.
• Collaborate with neurologists, psychologists, and care navigators to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and adhere to professional clinical standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field (MSW, MFT, CMHC, or similar).
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC) in good standing.
• Must hold an active license in at least one of these states: CA, TX, FL, NM, WA, or AZ.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience with adults or families.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Nice to have

• Experience with neurodegenerative or chronic medical conditions.
• Certification or training in evidence-based approaches for neurological populations.
• Additional state licensures.
