Salary: $80,000–$183,333

What you will do

• Conduct functional medicine patient visits both virtually and in-person at the New York center
• Use advanced testing to identify root causes of chronic illness
• Partner with health coaches and care teams to achieve patient health outcomes
• Build long-term, deep relationships with patients
• Document clinical care within the proprietary EMR system
• Collaborate with internal teams on health research or platform improvements

Requirements

• Active MD or DO and NY State license required
• Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, or relevant primary care fields
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in primary care (telemedicine or in-person)
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in modern collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, G-Suite)
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented clinical documentation skills

Nice to have

• Formal functional medicine training (e.g., IFM)
• 2+ years of experience practicing functional medicine
• Additional state medical licenses
• Active DEA license
