What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end deployment and configuration of the SaaS platform from kickoff through go-live.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive teams at top insurance carriers.
  • Coordinate with the Product team to track product issues, remediation, and enhancement requests.
  • Prepare and deliver high-level presentations to C-suite executives to demonstrate platform value and portfolio impact.
  • Leverage large datasets to analyze client KPIs and execute proactive user training.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the Client Success function and strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York, USA
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, growth, consulting, or technical sales.
  • Strong analytical and technical foundation with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to manage complex relationships and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Experience delivering presentations to executive leadership.
  • Exceptional hustle and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the InsurTech or FinTech sectors.
  • Previous experience at a venture-backed startup during a period of hypergrowth.
