What you will do
- Own the end-to-end deployment and configuration of the SaaS platform from kickoff through go-live.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive teams at top insurance carriers.
- Coordinate with the Product team to track product issues, remediation, and enhancement requests.
- Prepare and deliver high-level presentations to C-suite executives to demonstrate platform value and portfolio impact.
- Leverage large datasets to analyze client KPIs and execute proactive user training.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Client Success function and strategy.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York, USA
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, growth, consulting, or technical sales.
- Strong analytical and technical foundation with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships and drive commercial outcomes.
- Experience delivering presentations to executive leadership.
- Exceptional hustle and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in the InsurTech or FinTech sectors.
- Previous experience at a venture-backed startup during a period of hypergrowth.
