What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve regional revenue objectives.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand territory coverage.
• Facilitate technical and sales enablement for partners in coordination with internal solution architects.
• Support marketing programs and campaigns to drive partner-led lead generation.
• Maintain deep industry knowledge and competitive intelligence regarding the security landscape in Turkey.
• Coordinate collaboration between internal sales teams and partner organizations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United Arab Emirates
• Fluency in English and Turkish is required
• 8-10 years of experience in channel sales within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement and new partner development.
• Strong organizational, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Ability to travel across Turkey as required by business needs.
