Compensation: $385,000–$400,000

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed regional revenue quotas.
- Implement and enforce sales methodologies and rigorous CRM usage.
- Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate pipeline health, performance, and skill development.
- Coach Account Executives on effective prospecting, territory management, and key account development.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding to scale the regional team.
- Serve as an escalation point for enterprise customers and channel partners to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (Pacific Northwest or Mountain States).
- Proven track record of overachievement in leading large-deal sales teams within hyper-growth environments.
- Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud security.
- Experience with data security or compliance frameworks and consultative selling.
- Expertise in managing CRM systems and opportunity management workflows.
- Ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders and leadership teams.
