• Maintain accurate patient records within Zendesk and EHR systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify friction points and improve member-facing workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high-touch, patient-facing environments.
• Proficiency with ticketing tools like Zendesk and EHR systems like Athena.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong judgment in managing sensitive issues and time-sensitive care needs.
