What you will do
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling (150-200 calls daily) using auto-dialer tools to secure patient appointments.
- Educate patients on the benefits of at-home services and guide them through their specific care journeys.
- Utilize EHR systems to document interactions and manage patient scheduling efficiently.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Escalate complex customer concerns or questions to appropriate departments for resolution.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of outbound call center experience, including 1+ years in the healthcare industry.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Bilingual).
- Must be based in the United States and available to work during Eastern Time (EDT).
- Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across phone, email, and chat.
Nice to have
- Experience with Zendesk.
- Experience with Five9.
