What you will do

  • Develop and improve marketing measurement capabilities, including Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and geo-holdout experiments.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to define the analytics roadmap, set goals, and drive data-informed budget allocation.
  • Hire, lead, and mentor a team of 6-8 marketing analysts and analytics engineers.
  • Build real-time dashboards to track marketing performance against business objectives and diagnose growth issues.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product Analytics, and Data Platform teams to ensure data integrity and full-funnel attribution.
  • Analyze creative and channel performance to identify and execute on opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics or quantitative roles with increasing responsibility.
  • Proven expertise in marketing measurement, including attribution, incrementality testing, and cohort analysis.
  • Strong statistical background with experience in causal inference applied to marketing decisions.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
  • Experience managing analytical teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Deep experience in mobile app marketing (iOS/Android) and mobile attribution.

  • Experience in subscription-based businesses or health tech.
  • Background in navigating iOS 14.5+ privacy challenges.
