What you will do

• Educate and guide families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.
• Provide support both virtually and in-person to improve patient outcomes.
• Manage electronic documentation and coordinate care via telehealth platforms.
• Participate in client outreach to grow the doula community network.
• Maintain a flexible client-based schedule with evening and weekend availability.

Requirements

• Must be a certified birth and/or postpartum doula from a recognized organization.
• Must be based in or able to serve families in Louisiana.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse family environments.
• Experience with telehealth tools, video conferencing, and electronic documentation.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must undergo OIG background screening and provide proof of certification.
