What you will do

• Provide comprehensive onsite support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and office peripherals.
• Manage and resolve service desk tickets, ensuring timely diagnostics for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Handle user identity and access management through Active Directory, Entra ID, and Okta.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and support corporate applications including Zoom and VMware.
• Set up, test, and troubleshoot AV equipment for high-stakes hybrid meetings and events.
• Document support procedures and enforce IT security policies across all endpoints.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in desktop or IT support roles.
• Strong expertise in Windows 10/11, plus operational knowledge of macOS and Linux.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and mobile device management (MDM) via Intune.
• Direct experience with AV setup for meeting rooms and video conferencing systems.
• Solid understanding of remote support tools and ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator.
• Experience with PowerShell or Bash scripting for process automation.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and virtualization platforms like VMware.
