• Provide in-person support as required to meet family needs.

Requirements

• Must be a certified birth or full spectrum doula recognized by the Virginia Certification Board.
• Must be currently enrolled or eligible for enrollment with Virginia state Medicaid.
• Ability to work both virtually and in-person, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency with tele health platforms and electronic documentation systems.
• Strong communication skills to connect with families from diverse backgrounds.
• Adult and Infant CPR & First Aid Certification.
