What you will do

• Oversee medical care and improve clinical outcomes for empaneled patients.
• Collaborate daily with clinical teams, including RNs, LCSW, and RDs.
• Review complex patient cases and develop individualized care plans.
• Lead the development and review of evidence-based obstetric protocols and algorithms.
• Monitor adverse events and conduct clinical retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an APP.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice in TX or GA.
• Active compact RN license required.
• NP or CNM qualification with significant obstetric and infant care experience.
• Strong experience treating high-risk patients.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in optimizing evidence-based perinatal care.

Nice to have

• Telehealth or remote monitoring experience.
• Experience in outpatient or home-based management of high-risk patients.
