TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (UX/UI): Owning the end-to-end product design of a fast-growing mobile wellness app with an accent on core user journeys, retention flows, and Premium conversion. Focus on establishing a scalable design system, conducting research-driven improvements, and collaborating with Engineering to deliver high-quality, data-informed experiences.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania, or remote for candidates based in Lithuania, Poland, or Ukraine.

Salary: €4,000–€5,000 gross/month.

What you will do

  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end UX/UI for the hirify.global mobile app.
  • Audit and improve core user journeys, including onboarding and Premium conversion flows.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to translate insights into intuitive product experiences.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across the product.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality, data-informed implementations.
  • Contribute to product strategy by connecting design decisions to business metrics like retention and engagement.

Requirements

  • Strong experience designing mobile app UX/UI.
  • Proven ability to design end-to-end product experiences rather than just isolated screens.
  • Hands-on experience with user research methods such as interviews and usability testing.
  • Proven capability in building or maintaining design systems.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, UX thinking, and measurable impact.
  • Location: Must be based in Lithuania, Poland, or Ukraine.

Nice to have

  • Experience with subscription or Premium-based products.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
  • Experience in health, wellness, or consumer apps.
  • Startup or scale-up work experience.
  • Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation.
